Services

The Junction Works has 22 services covering disability, children, young people, their families, carers and communities. Services cover the Local Government Areas of Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly. This range of services enables clients to have a choice in achieving their needs and realistic goals.

The Junction Works builds partnerships with other services to improve clients’ options in receiving quality support. Our Transition to Work program for young people with a disability has a valued partnership with the Cerebral Palsy Alliance through their Disability Employment Service, SEDS. This assists clients to link into accredited training, skills development, job search and placement.

Our services encourage the people to “have a say” in what they would like to achieve. For example, in consultation with the residents of Rosemeadow and Ambarvale the Ambrose Nursery Nursery evolved to provide plants and vegetables to the local community. It also provides a meeting place for the local residents and the opportunity to volunteer within their community.
