The Before & After School Care (BASC) program is located in the grounds of the Holsworthy Public School. The Holsworthy Before and After School Care provides care for your children aged 5 to 12 years outside of school hours whilst you are working. A bus service collects children from Hammondville Public School, Wattle Grove Public School, St Christopher’s Catholic School, and St Marks Coptic Orthodox College.
Children can enjoy structured and unstructured play and a wide range of varied activities. An active after school program runs during term giving children an opportunity to experience coaching in many different sports including, among others: soccer, tennis, circus acts, and wheelchair sports.
A pre-school to kinder transition program is offered in the final school term each year to support children and families transitioning into school for the first time.
Families of diverse multi-cultural and indigenous backgrounds and defence force families and children of all abilities are welcome.
Our service is highly committed to providing excellent care and a full program of activities, including healthy meals and supporting children with their homework and skill development needs. Children have access to computers to assist with their homework and school projects.
