The Junction Works Disability Day Programs aim to develop skills for independence, recreation, social inclusion, and employment for adults with a disability. We provide support to Community Participation (CP) and Transition to Work (TTW) clients.
The CP program provides life skill development & community inclusion through a person centred approach for people with a disability who have moderate to high support needs. TTW is a time limited program for school leavers with a disability that focuses on securing sustainable employment. TTW provides relevant training & support through skills development, vocational training & work placements.
