PAYMENT INFORMATION
Early bird rates: SPARK 2018 Early Bird registration & payment are to be received in full before 30th June 2018. Standard charges apply to registration & payment received after this date.
Bookings: All payments to be finalised within 14 days of registration. If payment is not received, then your booking will be automatically cancelled. 
 Refunds & cancellations: A $100 admin fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations will be accepted up to 5th October 2018. Full payment will be required if cancelled after this date. 
Confirmation: Lodged registrations will be acknowledged via email by The Junction Works' SPARK Team upon receiving completed registration. Registrations have now closed.

FESTIVAL INFORMATION
 Participating individuals must have a carer or staff member accompany them at all times, who are responsible for their care and personal belongings during the Festival.
Wheelchair accessible accommodation: Please note that wheelchair accessible accommodation is limited and allocated on a first-in first-served basis.
• Filming & Photography: In registering for SPARK, participants, carers and staff members acknowledge and allow filming/photography which may be used for promotional and media purposes.
• Room allocation: SPARK schedules and room allocations will be confirmed from The Junction Works upon close of registration after 28th September 2018.
• Any damage to The Tops property (e.g. mattress) must be reported to The Tops and if required, costs will be met by the participating group/organisation. 
The SPARK check-in office will be open at 4:30pm on Tuesday 30th October 2018 for your group to complete registration procedure. Please do not arrive at The Tops before 4:30pm.
