Introducing Youth Evolve, for young people with a family member living with disability

Youth Evolve recognises the need for young people with a family member living with a disability, to have a place where they can relax and feel part of a peer community, make new friends and create some fun, new memories.

Through Youth Evolve, young people with feeling supported, valued and appreciated as they build their self-esteem, confidence and life skills through recreational activities, games, cultural pursuits and sporting activities.

The Youth Evolve team comprises enthusiastic, engaging Youth Workers who have experience in mainstream youth and disability services. The team includes two certified counsellors who are available to talk with the young people about issues they are experiencing.

Youth Evolve is the perfect place for young people to have fun and be supported

Where: The Junction Works, Unit 8/11 Waler Cres, Smeaton Grange

When: Every Monday Time: 3:30pm - 5pm

Cost: FREE - Afternoon tea provided

Youth Evolve is a Covid aware program.
