Sargents Pies supports people with disabilities in South West Sydney

The Junction Works is delighted to acknowledge and thank Sargents Pies Charitable Foundation for its generous donation of $52,000 towards furnishing a new, purpose-built supported accommodation facility in Liverpool. The accommodation will soon become the permanent home to five young adults with high support needs.

Designed specifically for people with disabilities, the accommodation includes initiatives to allow ease of mobility and control of heating, cooling and light conditions. The Junction Works will provide residents with living support as well as additional skilled support through its therapy team.

“This housing project is a great example of commercial and not-for-profit organisations working together to deliver a fantastic outcome for people with disability,” said The Junction Works CEO, Chris Campbell.

Sargents Pies Charitable Foundation is a long-time supporter of The Junction Works, and in turn residents of South West Sydney.

“The Junction Works would not be able to provide the great opportunities that we do without its help,” Chris said.
