Last Friday October 13th was host to The Junction Works' annual corporate Golf Day, with this year's event generating an outstanding $64,000 for the organisation.

Held at Macquarie Links International Golf Club, this year saw Gold Sponsor since 2011, Clarendon Homes, win the title of their own cup.

Guests were treated to morning tea prepared by participants in the Works Teaching Kitchen & Catering Crew throughout the game, followed by lunch in the clubhouse.

All funds raised from the event will contribute towards the fitout and furnishing of The Junction Works' first supported accommodation house. Once established, this facility will be a home to five young adults with a disability, also supporting their families to plan for future needs.

The Junction Works would like to thank Clarendon Homes, as well as the following corporate and community sponsors for their generosity at the event: Deep Blue Plumbing, Meridian IT Australia, New Security Solutions, Fowler Homes, Nationwide Tracking Systems, Xceed Electrical, Office Products Depot Macarthur, Interleasing, Macquarie Links Golf Club and Peter Hensman at Global Promotional Products.

You can see more photos from the Golf Day on The Junction Works' Facebook page.
