Powerful performance by Junction All Stars

30 Jun 2017

28th June 2017, Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre: The Junction All Stars Troop have made their dreams a reality through a showcase of talent and months of hard work.

Developed and performed by 90 young adults with a disability, Power of the Dream came to life this week through music, drama, screenplay - and for the first time ever, through motion capture technology, on behalf of The Junction Works' partnership with The University of New South Wales.

Through the guidance of TJW Disability Support Worker Sarah Webb, Power of the Dream was also the first TJW concert production to involve tap dance, which the guys performed for the first time to a live audience in a 'New York' routine

Congratulations to all of the young adults who were involved in the show, and who have brought joy and smiles to the faces of so many.
