The Junction Works and Share Care have joined together to increase support of people with a disability in South West Sydney.
Leading local disability service providers, The Junction Works and Share Care Disability Services are delighted to announce that they have come together to increase support options for children, young people and adults with a disability in South West Sydney.
With the opportunities created by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the respective Boards of The Junction Works and Share Care Disability Services recognised that now is the right time to come together to strengthen and increase the range and quality of support options available to people living with a disability.
Chief Executive Officer of The Junction Works, Chris Campbell, has had his role extended to Share Care Disability Services. He relishes the challenge of leveraging opportunities for the benefit of local families.
“The Junction Works and Share Care have between them, over 60 years’ experience of providing services to families in South West Sydney. These families, and their sons and daughters, deserve quality services from trusted local organisations,” said Chris Campbell.
“We share the same mission and values and we are committed to improving the support to people with a disability so they can experience new opportunities through a meaningful life”, said Chris.
The organisations will keep their own brand and identity, but will share back office and tertiary services. Share Care families will have access to positive behaviour support, psychology, allied health, and support coordination.
“Sharing back office and tertiary services means that we will have more resources to dedicate to “face to face “support that local families value and deserve.” said Chris.
The Junction Works and Share Care are committed to keeping clients, families, carers and staff informed throughout the process. For further information, please phone 8777 0500.
