With our Mission of 'Creating new possibilities in people's lives' we're working to build happier, more connected and socially-inclusive communities in South West Sydney - through a range of supports designed to meet individual needs and to achieve personal goals.
Our services range across:
- Disability Services and Therapy for young people (over the age of 6 years) and adults living with intellectual, physical, sensory and acquired disabilities
- Youth Clicks programs for Young People (aged 12 to 18 years) experiencing harm, violence or difficult transition periods, and
- Community Services that provide referral services and opportunities for social connectivity and inclusion for new mother, older members of our community and individuals and families experiencing hardship.
We also operate the Holsworthy OOSH from within a dedicated centre in the grounds of Holsworthy Public School. This service provides before and after school and vacation care for families living in the Holsworthy / Wattle Grove / Hammondville area.
