Case Management for Young People

The Junction Works’ Youth Case Management Service assists young people who are dealing with difficult issues, or who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

If you are a young person aged 12 to 17 years and live within South West Sydney, our Youth Case Managers can help you with issue like:
  • Bullying and emotional abuse
  • Domestic violence
  • Stress, depression and self-harm
  • Homelessness
  • Substance abuse
  • Dealing with the police and the Juvenile Justice System
  • Family conflict
  • Sexuality and relationship issues
  • Issues affecting school engagement 

Our specialist Youth Case Managers can provide intensive case management support, information and advice, supported referral and coordinated care. They develop and facilitate workshops that help young people develop the skills, strategies and resilience needed to deal with difficulties, and can help young people to rebuilding family relationships.
