Our free Case Management and Counselling is a targeted early intervention service. Case Management and Counselling provides individualized support to children, young people, families and adults living in the Campbelltown, Canterbury – Bankstown, Liverpool and Fairfield areas.
Our friendly and supportive Community, Youth & Children’s Services Team provide guidance and assistance to people experiencing difficult times.
No case is too large – our experienced team are able to support those from all backgrounds. Our service is strength-based and provides clients with opportunities to achieve a range of personal goals.
At The Junction Works, our team can provide case management and counselling, information, advocacy, support and referrals.
