Diana joined The Junction Works in 2022, she recounts that during the interview and orientation process it was easy to see the love that filled the walls of TJW. “It made me feel so welcomed and made the decision to join TJW so easy.” The highlight of her journey so far is seeing the clients so happy and full of light and excitement to start the day. She continues to feel empowered to work hard and be a role model as a person with a disability in the workplace.
