Jemma began at The Junction Works in 2011 as a student. Throughout her years at The Junction Works, Jemma has worked in various roles. Jemma enjoys leading a dynamic group of people and providing quality services to participants, whilst simultaneously creating new possibilities in people’s lives. Jemma uses her positive attitude to motivate her staff to work towards The Junction Work’s mission statement and succeed. Jemma loves working within the organisation and is looking forward to what the future holds.
