NDIS Assistance Program

We can assist you with understanding and utilising your NDIS Plan and support you through NDIS Reviews.

Our Support Coordination team can provide you with a free one-off service that includes:

  • NDIS information and advice
  • Assistance with NDIS review or access applications
  • Quotes
  • Risk and Support Assessments
  • Connection to providers and services

 

We can further support you by:

  • Understanding and utilising your NDIS Plan and funding
  • Providing information to help you negotiate services and service agreements
  • Connecting you to providers and services that meet your individual needs
  • Supporting you through transitions and life-stage planning
  • Assisting you to reach your goals
  • Supporting you to develop the skills you need to coordinate your supports
  • Assisting you to monitor your services and supports
  • Assisting you through the NDIS plan review process

 

We provide bilingual Support Coordination including: Vietnamese and Arabic

And, our team is also available for information and group sessions including school visits and disability events.
